As we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking a Customer Care Representative (CCR) with a passion for customer satisfaction to join our team.
The CCR assists both existing and future customers with service inquiries and services related issues. The assistance includes assistance with billing and account questions, scheduling service trouble and placing orders for changes in services. The CCR is also responsible for promoting services offered by the company in the form of new sales and/or upgrades in services.
