Job Summary

We are seeking a Controller to join our leadership team. In this role, you will oversee the financial operations of the hospital and affiliated clinics, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic alignment with NARMC’s mission. The Controller will serve as a key partner to the Chief Financial Officer and lead the Accounting Department in driving fiscal stewardship and operational excellence.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field with emphasis in Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• CPA and/or Master’s degree.
• Experience in hospital or healthcare financial management.
• Prior supervisory or management experience.
