The RN Nurse Manager provides 24-hour leadership and operational oversight for Women’s Services, including Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn Nursery. The Nurse Manager ensures high-quality, family-centered care aligned with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and NARMC’s core values. This role emphasizes staff development, patient safety, quality improvement, and program growth within obstetric and newborn care.
