Branded Equine Based Therapy Services is a non-profit dedicated to a unique, holistic approach to healing. We partner with horses to help individuals of all ages navigate a variety of backgrounds and needs. In addition to equine assisted mental health, we offer Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy, able bodied riding lessons, and veteran and first responder programming. We are passionate about the emotional and physical breakthroughs that occur when incorporating equine-assisted therapies into our clinical practice.
We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team. This role is perfect for a clinician who enjoys a blend of traditional clinical work and the great outdoors. You will work directly with clients and our equine partners to facilitate healing in a dynamic, nature-based environment.
Clinical Facilitation: Conduct mental health therapy sessions for individuals of various ages, integrating equine-assisted techniques where appropriate.
Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the unique goals of our clients.
Collaboration: Work alongside our Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy and Veteran Liaison teams to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes and progress reports.
Licensure: Must be a licensed Mental Health Professional in the state of Arkansas (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
Equine Experience: Prior experience working with horses is strongly preferred.
Adaptability: Comfort working in both a traditional office setting and an outdoor barn/arena environment.
