Remote Project Coordinator – Part-Time
 
This is an advanced support role that partners directly with clients and leadership to help move business goals forward. The position requires independent thinking, careful execution, and the ability to oversee ongoing workflows with consistency, accuracy, and accountability. Stong knowledge of MS Excel and video conferencing.  
 
Requirements:
 
  • Strong organization, time management, and follow-through
  • Clear written and verbal communication with clients 
  • Ability to use computer tools including MS Office with advance level Excel and video meetings
  • Comfortable learning new software and processes
  • Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Must have reliable high-speed internet and a suitable remote work environment
  • Ability to go on-site when requested (Harrison location) 
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Schedule client and internal team meetings and manage follow-up tasks
  • Keep client workflows, systems, and task tracking updated
  • Gather and organize financial information and reports
  • Track deadlines and action items to ensure nothing is missed
  • Support basic bookkeeping and internal office procedures
  • Help document processes and suggest improvements
 
Pay and schedule:
 
  • Pay is based on education and work experience
  • Part-time schedule: 20–30 hours per week, working Monday – Friday
