NATCO is seeking a creative, organized, and data-minded Marketing Coordinator to help promote our broadband services and tell the story of the people, projects, and communities we serve. This is a hands-on role combining content creation, photography, digital and print marketing, community engagement, sales support, and marketing analytics.
The Marketing Coordinator works closely with Customer Care and Sales to strengthen the NATCO brand, support customer growth and retention, and promote our products and services.
What You'll Do
- Create content for social media, email, digital, print, newsletters, advertising, and other marketing channels.
- Capture and produce visual content featuring employees, customers, projects, community involvement, and broadband services.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and customer education initiatives.
- Develop sales collateral, advertisements, promotional materials, and other branded content.
- Help maintain NATCO's website and social media presence with timely, consistent content.
- Coordinate advertising, public relations, community events, sponsorships, media, and outside vendors.
- Conduct market, demographic, industry, and competitive research and analyze customer sales and disconnect trends.
- Track campaign results and provide reports, insights, and recommendations to management.
- Support customer surveys and work with Customer Care and Sales on customer acquisition and retention efforts.
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging while managing multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Previous experience in marketing, communications, content creation, graphic design, or a related area.
- Photography, visual-content creation, and graphic design experience with a strong eye for branding and presentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, project management, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and creative/design platforms, including Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly Photoshop) and Canva.
- Broadband or telecommunications experience preferred, but not required.
